About this Artwork
There is nothing finer than a tangle of nasturtiums taking in the sun. The geometric leaves and the rebellious orange flowers are a study in opposites. One sturdy and predictable, the other fragile and loose. I used a minimum of well-placed brushstrokes drenched in paint to capture the emotional essence of these flowerbed rebels.
