About this Artwork
A sea of yellow. The color of joy and healing. At the beginning of spring, onto every faded and fallow field, yellow is airdropped knee-deep across the landscape to wipe away the winter blues. Every spring I am in awe. Using vivid brushwork, I waited until after the sun had set to paint this ocean of wild mustard beneath a kaleidoscope sky.
